Mumbai, Rajkot and Gondal Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive at Mumbai International Airport. Our representative will meet and escort your to the hotel from the airport. Check into the hotel and unwind in the comfort of your room. Night stay is scheduled at hotel only.
Day 2
Early in the morning, you'll be taken on an exciting boat ride in the Arabian Sea heading renowned on Elephanta Island. The intricately carved cave temples were built circa seventh century. The temples consecrate Hindu god Shiva. Later, you'll be taken to your hotel. Have lunch before leaving for sightseeing tours of other attractions in the city. You'll be visiting Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum or Chhatrapati Shivaji Sangrahalaya, Dhobi Ghat, Chowpatti Beach, Hanging Gardens and many more sites. Also visit bustling Crawford Market. Evening, you'll be driven to airport to board a flight to Rajkot. From Rajkot you'll be further driven to Gondal, 40 km from here. On reaching, check into the hotel for night stay.
Day 3
you'll be proceeding towards Bhavnagar, a historical place in Gujarat founded by Bhavsinhji Gohil in 1723. Before leaving Gondal, don't forget to pay a visit to check out Maharaja of Gondal's exclusive collection of vintage cars. Later hit the road to Bhavnagar which is 250 km and will take 5 hours to reach. On reaching, check into a hotel and retire to the comfort of your room
Day 4
Today morning, drive to Ahmedabad, the capital of Gujarat. En route, stop for Palitana. Ensconced in the lap of Shatrunjaya Hills, Palitana is a holy hill rife with a host of temples, as many as 863. You'll be having your lunch at Vijay Vilas Palace. Then move on to Ahmedabad. On reaching, check into a hotel for night stay.
Day 5
After a sumptuous breakfast, you'll embark on a sightseeing trip of Ahmedabad. You'll visit Jama Masjid, Sidi Sayyad's Mosque, and Calico Textile Museum. Overnight stay is at hotel.
Day 6
Today, you will depart from Ahmedabad for Mount Abu, the only hill station in Rajasthan and one of the most frequented places in the state. En route, you'll also visit Modera, Patan and Sidhpur. Visit the elaborate temples, Rana ki Vav, mansions and shop for the Patola Silk Sarees at Patan. Stop at Balaram Palace for lunch. Later continue to Mount Abu. On reaching check into a hotel and relax for a while. In the afternoon, go for sightseeing paying visits to Dilwara Temple, Sunset Point and Nakki Lake. Night stay at hotel.
Day 7
Today you'll be enjoying a picturesque ride from Mount Abu to Udaipur. The journey will take 7 hours. Halt for Ranakpur, site renowned for its elaborate sculptures and Jain Temple. Gorge on the scrumptious lunch at Maharani Bagh. Later, resume your journey to Udaipur. On reaching, check into a hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8
Udaipur was established after the fall of Chittorgarh by Maharana Udai Singh. The city is one of the most beautiful in north India. Travel And Leisure magazine March 2009, voted Udaipur as World's Best City. Udaipur is also called City if Rising Sun and City of Lakes. After breakfast today, you'll be setting out for a sightseeing tour of the city visiting the City Palace and Museum, Sahelion ki Bari, Jagdish Temple and Lake Pichola. In the evening, you'll be enjoying an exhilarating ride on the serene waters of the Lake, visiting Jag Mandir Palace, situated in the centre of the Lake. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 9
After a hearty breakfast, you'll be checking out from the hotel and head to airport to board a flight to Jaipur, the Pink City of India. On reaching this royal city, check into a hotel for putting up during the night. Later, you'll be taken on an excursion to Amber Palace, a seventeenth century riot of colors and artistry perched over a hill. Enjoy elephant ride from the base of the hill to the gate of the Amber Palace. Later, you'll also be visiting Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds an exquisite faade with hundreds of honeycombed windows used by royal ladies to witness the royal processions in the street below. Also visit the City Palace Complex and Jantar Mantar. The visit to Jaipur will remain incomplete without making a dekko to its colorful bazaars. Indulge yourself in shopping handicraft items, jewelry, and other knick knacks. Retire to the hotel for night stay.
Day 10
The Mystical India Tour will take you today to Agra, the city of legendry Taj Mahal. En route, you'll also be visiting the abandoned city of Mughals, Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri was established by Akbar in the seventeenth century and was deserted soon after its construction probably due to lack of water. Visit here a number of magnificent buildings including Bulland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Salim Chishti's Tomb and Jama Masjid. Later continue on to your journey to Agra. On reaching, sign into a hotel for night stay.
Day 11
Taj Mahal is one of the wonders of the world and most adored structures ever. The Taj was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his late consort Mumtaz Mahal. The elaborate carving in marble makes the structure one of the most lavish structures of that era. Today you'll visit the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Akbar's Mausoleum in Sikandra. Also visit Itmad-ud-Daula's tomb which is known as mini Taj. Retire to hotel after the day's expedition.
Day 12
After breakfast, you'll be driven to railway station to board a train to Jhansi. On Jhansi railway station, you'll be met by our tour representative who'll escort you to the temple town of Khajuraho. En route, halt for visiting historical buildings of Orchha. You'll get to visit Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, and Laxmi Narain Temple. Later, resume your journey towards Khajuraho. On reaching, check into a hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13
This day is dedicated to sightseeing of old temples of Khajuraho. The Khajuraho Temples are widely acclaimed for their beauty, artistry and architecture as well as their depiction of Kama Sutra. Visit the Western, Eastern and Southern Group of Temples. Later, you'll be driven to airport to board a flight to Varanasi. On reaching, you'll be escorted to the hotel where you'll be staying overnight. In the afternoon, take a sightseeing trip of Varanasi visiting Kashiwishwanatha Temple, Banaras Hindu University, Ghats and local colorful bazaars. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 14
Early in the morning, you'll be taken on an exciting boat ride on the River Ganges. You'll come across many devotees taking ablution in the holy waters on Daswamedh Ghat. You'll also witness burning and bathing Ghats. Later, drive for Sarnath, one of the holiest Buddhist cities where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. Witness here the relics of Buddhist Monastery, Ashoka Pillar and Museum that exhibits a rich collection of Buddhist art and sculptures. Later, you'll be driven back to Varanasi hotel. Relax for a while before checking out. Now you'll be leaving for Delhi, the capital of India, and your last destination on the itinerary of Mystical India Tour. Board the flight to Delhi. On arriving, you'll be transferred to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 15
Today, you'll be embarking on a combined sightseeing tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi. The visit will incorporate the major attractions like Gandhi Memorials, the resting places or cremation grounds of Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Rajeev Gandhi; Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India; Red Fort, a formidable Mughal palace - fort and bustling street bazaar of Chandni Chowk. You'll also visit, Humayun's Tomb, Qutb Minar and Lotus Temple and sights from Lutyen's Delhi such as President House, Parliament House, Diplomatic Enclave, and Connaught Place.
Day 16
The Mystical India Tour sees its end today. You'll be transferred to airport to board the flight back home.
